Where does The Color Light™ Ship?

The Color Light™ products currently ship to the USA and Canada.

 

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on all orders over $50.

 

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Most packages arrive within 7-14 business days.

 

What should I do if my product does not work?

 Please check that:

• The USB plug is firmly plugged into the socket (back circle).
• The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

Shipping is taking longer than expected, what do I do?

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual in certain instances. Please be patient and use our order tracking to check on your package. If your package has still not arrived feel free to email us.
